I help smart runners get 1% better daily in their training, racing and life.

Why?

My objective in life is simple: help just one person live better by creating stories of how to do this. You can find me sitting comfortably in the intersection of audio production, podcasting, health, fitness, technology, and self-help culture. I’ve helped create long-form and short-form content (video podcasts and the marketing material to amplify it) that have reached over a million people and counting. I’ve also recorded a podcast with an Australian Prime Minister and continue to work with big and small brands on global audio ad campaigns to tell their message. Before all of that, I was a music producer/DJ and I was able to collaborate/share the stage with Calvin Harris, Gotye, Diplo, Kid Cudi, Benny Blanco, etc.
